If you've been watching the opera - as I hope you have - you can't help but love the costume design. It's phenomenally imaginative - as is the whole production. "Our" clothing, in this drawing, is more faithful to the actual costumes that the singers are wearing.

But the drawings of the costume designs by Vanessa Sannino are gorgeous, and I think this is a great time to just broaden our minds a little bit and think about how opera encompasses so many different aspects of art.
